About the Role
Scoutit is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer to craft modern, accessible web experiences for our digital marketing platforms. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high‑quality, W3C‑compliant code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ensure web standards, semantics, accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices are met.
- Collaborate on analytics tagging and performance optimization.
- Maintain reusable, modular code architecture and documentation.
- Act as a technical point of contact for cross‑functional projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Support platform updates, site administration, and content management workflows.
- Identify and propose improvements to the creative marketing process.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems; Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) and build tools (Webpack, npm).
- Basic understanding of backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
