Frontend Developer

About the Role

VySystems, a leading technology solutions provider, is looking for a seasoned Frontend Developer to join our Bengaluru office. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and responsive web applications using Angular and modern UI technologies, working within an Agile offshore development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑performance front‑end features using Angular 15+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture to create reusable, independently deployable UI modules.
• Integrate front‑end applications with microservices via RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and error management.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams in an Agile environment to deliver customer‑facing solutions.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding practices.
• Optimize build pipelines using NPM, Webpack/Vite, and implement lazy loading, route guards, and state management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Angular 15 or higher, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of Angular concepts: lifecycle hooks, modules, decorators, services, DI, reactive forms, routing, lazy loading, pipes, interceptors, observables, and state management.
• Proficiency in Micro Frontend design patterns and modular UI component development.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs, handling token‑based authentication, and implementing secure data exchange.
• Solid knowledge of NPM, package management, and front‑end build processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and offshore team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NgRx, Redux, or other state‑management libraries.
• Exposure to server‑side rendering (Angular Universal) or progressive web apps.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Background in UI/UX design collaboration.
