About the Role
Cashfree is seeking a passionate Frontend Engineer 2 to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences for millions of merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design reusable UI components and enforce a scalable component architecture.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Optimize performance for fast load times and smooth interactivity.
- Integrate third‑party APIs and backend services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience building production‑grade web applications with ReactJS.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of component‑based architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and React Hooks.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Git, Webpack, ESLint, Chrome DevTools).
