Lead React.js Frontend Architect

About the Role

Zoho Corporation, a global leader in SaaS solutions, is seeking a visionary Lead React.js Frontend Architect to shape the future of its web applications. Based in Bengaluru, you will own the end‑to‑end frontend strategy for high‑traffic, enterprise‑grade products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the frontend architecture strategy for large‑scale React applications.
• Mentor and lead a team of senior frontend engineers, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
• Design reusable component libraries and enforce coding standards across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UX teams to deliver performant, scalable solutions.
• Implement micro‑frontend approaches using Module Federation and ensure seamless integration.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building complex SPAs with React.js.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux, Context API).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (code‑splitting, lazy loading, memoization).
• Proficiency with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and implementing micro‑frontend architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of server‑side rendering (Next.js) and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
