About the Role
Adfluence Hub, a fast‑growing digital marketing technology platform, is looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to drive the development of high‑performance, consumer‑facing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Architect and optimize Elasticsearch indexing and querying pipelines.
- Build robust RESTful APIs that serve front‑end clients and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with front‑end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Implement security best practices (XSS, CSRF, input validation, OWASP guidelines).
- Write clean, testable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Maintain and tune MySQL and MongoDB schemas and queries for performance.
- Support CI/CD processes using Git, Nginx, and AWS services.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4‑8 years of backend development experience with strong PHP expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Laravel (MVC, service container, queues, events).
- Proficiency in MySQL schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with MongoDB data modeling and performance tuning.
- Extensive work with Elasticsearch – index design, aggregations, and scaling.
- Experience building and securing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for minor front‑end integrations.
- Version control using Git and deployment on Nginx/AWS.

- Exposure to AI/ML services for recommendation engines.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration.
