About the Role
Join Google's engineering team at the Hyderabad campus (Financial District) as a Software Engineer III, Full Stack (Google Cloud). You will design, develop, test, and deploy high‑impact software solutions that run at Google scale, serving billions of users across global Google products.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end full‑stack features for Google Cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into reliable code.
- Write clean, testable, and performant code in Java, Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build responsive front‑end experiences using React and modern UI frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable back‑end services on Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, etc.).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high availability.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical mentorship for junior engineers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years building full‑stack applications at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go for back‑end development.
- Expertise in React, Redux, or similar front‑end frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud services (GKE, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, IAM).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, micro‑services architecture, and data modeling (SQL & NoSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or gRPC.
- Knowledge of machine learning pipelines on GCP.
