Effective Date: May 17, 2026
RestGuardian is built with one core belief: your well‑being data belongs to you and only you. This policy explains how we handle (or more accurately, don’t handle) your information.
We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal data.
RestGuardian does not require an account, does not use analytics, and does not display advertisements. Everything you do in the app—break records, mood entries, journal notes, profiles, and settings—lives exclusively on your device.
All information you create while using RestGuardian (for example, energy check‑ins, break history, partner profiles) is stored locally in a private database on your phone. We never sync, upload, or transfer this data anywhere. There is no cloud storage, no server, and the app does not request internet access.
RestGuardian requests a few sensitive Android permissions solely for digital wellness features:
None of these permissions are used to collect data or track your activity.
RestGuardian does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.
If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above and note the changes. Since we collect nothing, there’s no way for us to notify you directly, so feel free to revisit this page.
