Generative AI Engineer

About the Role

PTR Global is seeking a seasoned Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and ship production‑grade agentic AI solutions that power enterprise applications and enrich customer journeys. Based in our Fort Worth office, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn cutting‑edge research into reliable, scalable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end Agentic AI workflows using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine‑tune LLM prompts for enterprise use‑cases.
• Integrate AI agents with existing microservices, REST APIs, and event‑driven architectures.
• Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in prompt engineering and tool calling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in Python and familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Proven track record integrating AI agents into enterprise applications.
• Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event‑driven architectures.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in data engineering or MLOps pipelines.
