1. General Policy
At Coding's Art, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the professional services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our digital services.
2. Service-Based Projects
By the nature of digital development services (web design, app development, SEO):
- Deposits: Project deposits (advance payments) are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.
- Milestones: Completed milestones that have been reviewed and approved by the client are non-refundable.
- Delivered Work: Once a project is finalized and the source files or live access is handed over, no refunds will be issued.
3. Maintenance Plans (AMC)
- Monthly or annual maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
- The service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project before work has reached any billing milestone or before work has started, a refund of 90% of the advance payment will be granted (deducting 10% for administrative and processing fees).
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- If Coding's Art fails to initiate the project within 30 days of payment and initial brief.
- If there is a gross violation of the project scope as defined in the signed contract.
6. Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, please send an detailed email to help@codingsart.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7-10 business days.
