3. Payments & Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate service-level agreement or project contract:
- All payments must be made as per the schedule outlined in the project invoice or contract.
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments are delinquent.
- Any additional work outside the initial scope will be billed separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Coding's Art and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Coding's Art. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:
- Republish material from Coding's Art.
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Coding's Art.
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Coding's Art.
5. User Responsibility
Users must not use this website to post or transmit any material which is or may be infringing, threatening, false, misleading, inflammatory, libelous, invasive of privacy, obscene, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense.
6. Limitation of Liability
