About the Role
CodeRound AI is partnering with a fast‑growing, VC‑backed healthcare startup that has raised $450K USD. As a DevOps Engineer you will own end‑to‑end cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliability for mission‑critical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure.
- Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Automate provisioning and operational processes with Terraform.
- Manage, scale, and optimise Kubernetes clusters and Docker‑based workloads.
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident‑response practices (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Drive root‑cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Enforce security, compliance, and cost‑optimization best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to boost developer productivity and deployment velocity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
- Proficiency with Terraform for IaC.
- Deep experience managing Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or self‑managed) and Docker containers.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks.
- Fluent in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

- Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or other GitOps tools.
