Cyber Security Analyst L4

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Analyst (L4) to strengthen our security operations in Bengaluru. You will lead advanced threat detection, incident handling, and audit readiness initiatives across our enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security events, correlate logs, and identify advanced threats using SIEM platforms.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, develop incident response plans, and execute disaster recovery measures.
• Conduct forensic investigations and leverage analytics tools for threat assessment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and auditors to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain audit documentation, support audit readiness, and continuously improve security processes.
• Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness sessions, focusing on phishing and malicious email detection.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5‑8 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat hunting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Experience in forensic analysis, malware investigation, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and auditors.

Nice to Have

• Cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Security, Azure Security Engineer).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
