About the Role
The Lead / Staff Full Stack Engineer will drive the technical strategy and architecture for AI‑powered business solutions in partnership with enterprise architects and Redpanda FDE engineers. This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, enterprise integration, AI architecture, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise‑grade AI agents and multi‑agent workflows across Supply Chain, IT Operations, and Human Resources domains.
- Define organizational standards and best practices for prompts, tools, telemetry, and AI solution architecture.
- Lead the design and development of modern full‑stack web applications and foundational backend middleware platforms.
- Establish reusable component architectures to accelerate enterprise‑wide deployment of AI solutions.
- Architect secure, scalable, high‑throughput integrations with enterprise systems and applications.
- Mentor a team of engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience building full‑stack applications at scale.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands‑on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Docker.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Proven track record designing and operating distributed, high‑throughput systems.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production services and building prompt‑driven workflows.
- Solid knowledge of security, authentication (OAuth/OIDC), and enterprise integration patterns (REST, gRPC, messaging).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redpanda, Apache Kafka, or similar streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with large‑language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Background in semiconductor or hardware‑related domains.
- Prior experience in a global capability center or multinational engineering team.
