About the Role
Crebos is seeking a proactive, visionary Senior Full-Stack Developer who leads by example. You will own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, build high‑performance applications, mentor junior engineers, and drive scalable product delivery that creates tangible value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Architect scalable micro‑service solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor a growing engineering team.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automated testing to accelerate releases.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in React (hooks, context, Redux) and Node.js (Express, NestJS).
- Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3).
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL, Server‑Side Rendering, or Next.js.
- Knowledge of micro‑service patterns, event‑driven architecture, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2).
- Background in AI/ML integration or data‑driven features.
