About the Role

Source-Right is seeking a seasoned Sr PHP Laravel Developer to join our fast‑growing engineering team in Mohali. You will own end‑to‑end development of enterprise‑grade web applications, leveraging Laravel, ReactJS (Inertia.js) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to deliver high‑performance, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Laravel back‑ends and React/Inertia front‑ends.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to gather requirements, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement RESTful APIs, integrate third‑party services, and optimize database interactions.
• Deploy applications on AWS/Azure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and monitor performance in Unix/Linux environments.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with PHP, Laravel, and OOP concepts.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Inertia.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Deep understanding of MySQL, query optimization, and schema design.
• Experience deploying Laravel applications on AWS or Azure, including Docker/VM management.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, caching strategies, and API best practices.
• Proficient with Git, Linux command line, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Python programming experience.
• Magento development background.
• Exposure to mobile/tablet application integration via Laravel APIs.
