About the Role

Join Google's Paris engineering hub as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on DeepMind research and Search innovations. You will design, develop, test, and deploy ML solutions at Google scale, impacting billions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and productionize state‑of‑the‑art machine learning models for search ranking, recommendation, and AI research.
• Collaborate with research scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate breakthroughs into scalable services.
• Build data pipelines and tooling for large‑scale training on Google Cloud Platform.
• Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost across distributed systems.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and monitor model health in production.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in building large‑scale data pipelines (e.g., Apache Beam, Dataflow).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and software engineering best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning or generative models.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized ML deployments.
