About the Role
Source-Right is seeking a seasoned Sr PHP Laravel Developer to join our Ahmedabad delivery centre. You will own end‑to‑end development of high‑performance web applications, collaborate with product owners, and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Laravel based backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Implement rich, responsive UI components using ReactJS with Inertia.js.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms, handling CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for requirement gathering, estimation, and sprint planning.
- Optimize database schemas and queries in MySQL; integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
- Write clean, testable code, enforce coding standards, and conduct peer code reviews.
- Provide technical documentation and support for mobile/tablet application integrations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Strong command of OOP, REST API design, and Laravel best practices.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Inertia.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Extensive experience with MySQL; knowledge of other DBs is a plus.
- Solid exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services and Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
