Sr PHP Laravel Developer (CE80SF RM 4374)

About the Role

Source-Right is seeking a seasoned Sr PHP Laravel Developer to join our Ahmedabad delivery centre. You will own end‑to‑end development of high‑performance web applications, collaborate with product owners, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel based backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement rich, responsive UI components using ReactJS with Inertia.js.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms, handling CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for requirement gathering, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Optimize database schemas and queries in MySQL; integrate RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
• Write clean, testable code, enforce coding standards, and conduct peer code reviews.
• Provide technical documentation and support for mobile/tablet application integrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Strong command of OOP, REST API design, and Laravel best practices.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Inertia.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Extensive experience with MySQL; knowledge of other DBs is a plus.
• Solid exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, caching strategies, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Python programming experience.
• Magento development background.
• Experience building mobile‑first APIs for tablet applications.
