Dotnet Full Stack Developer (Healthcare)

About the Role

SAAP Technologies, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, is expanding its development team in Hyderabad. We are seeking a motivated Dotnet Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain cutting‑edge EMR modules, mobile doctor apps, and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI components and REST APIs for assigned healthcare modules.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Fix defects and implement enhancements within EMR, mobile, and API modules.
• Write and execute unit tests for developed components.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide effort estimates.
• Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, DevOps, and clinical stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery.
• Engage in code reviews, SIT/UAT testing, and production releases.
• Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and fixes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 – 14 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and teamwork orientation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Node.js for backend services.
• Exposure to healthcare domain (EMR, HL7).
