Senior Frontend Engineer (React + Chrome Extension)

As a Senior Frontend Engineer you will shape the user experience of our flagship web platform and its Chrome extensions, delivering high‑impact features at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship performant React applications using TypeScript.
• Architect, build, and maintain Chrome extensions that integrate seamlessly with our AI CX platform.
• Collaborate with AI, backend, and product teams to translate complex AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs) into intuitive UI flows.
• Implement state‑management solutions (Redux/Redux Toolkit) and ensure data consistency across web and extension contexts.
• Optimize front‑end performance, memory usage, and load times for large‑scale enterprise deployments.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; enforce code quality through CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in accessibility and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience, with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience building and publishing Chrome extensions, including background scripts, content scripts, and manifest V3.
• Strong understanding of performance profiling, bundle optimization (Webpack, Vite) and browser security models.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real‑time data handling.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and test frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment while leveraging the scale of a public enterprise.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redux Toolkit, GraphQL, or micro‑frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM integration, or knowledge‑graph driven UI.
• Exposure to server‑side rendering (Next.js) or progressive web apps.
• Knowledge of WebAssembly or performance‑critical front‑end patterns.
