About the Role
Razorpay is looking for a passionate Frontend Engineer to build solid foundations, infrastructure, and delightful user experiences for our payment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) and modern JavaScript.
- Implement and maintain components with React (or Angular/Vue) following best practices.
- Translate wireframes and design mockups into functional UI components.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Stay updated with front‑end trends and champion accessibility (WCAG) and usability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre‑processors like SASS.
- Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, Grunt) and version control (Git).
