About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms for healthcare applications. You will work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to deliver robust CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (or Azure) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Deploy, monitor, and support containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboard solutions.
- Integrate security scanning, secrets management, and access controls into pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–8 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Proficient with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC) and/or Azure equivalents.
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, secrets, scaling).
- Experience with IaC tools: Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell; familiarity with Ansible.
- Version control mastery with Git (branching, PR workflow, artifact management).
- Understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and logging solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare or data‑processing workloads.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, HIPAA) and compliance automation.
- Familiarity with serverless services (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
