HTML Developer

About the Role

Artech L.L.C. is seeking a seasoned HTML Developer to join our Mumbai office. You will craft, test, and maintain high‑performing email templates and landing pages for our marketing automation platforms, ensuring flawless rendering across all major email clients and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and test HTML templates and email content in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on email templates, dynamic content, and landing pages.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and various mobile devices.
• Execute comprehensive email testing, including A/B testing, to boost deliverability and engagement.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with data‑privacy regulations, anti‑spam laws, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to implement templates and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of coding guidelines, QA processes, and template versions.
• Continuously stay updated on email marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Accurately log ticket updates, timestamps, and data points in the request management tool.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7‑8 years of hands‑on experience in HTML email development.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of email client rendering quirks and best‑practice solutions.
• Experience with QA tools, A/B testing frameworks, and email analytics.
• Knowledge of data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM) and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• JavaScript knowledge for dynamic email content.
• Familiarity with Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar testing tools.
• Exposure to server‑side templating languages (AMPscript, Handlebars).
