About the Role
Jobsearch India is seeking a motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. You will work on building and maintaining high‑performance web applications, RESTful APIs for mobile clients, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PHP applications using Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Craft efficient MySQL database schemas, stored procedures, and optimize queries.
- Build RESTful APIs for mobile applications, ensuring proper authentication and versioning.
- Deploy code and databases to Linux/Windows servers via cPanel, Plesk, FTP, or cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Write unit tests and perform tool‑based testing to guarantee code quality.
- Maintain version control using Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) and follow OOP best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create responsive pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc IT (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Laravel; experience with CodeIgniter is a plus.
- Strong command of PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap.
- Experience building and documenting REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS or Azure) and server management.
- Proficiency with Git version‑control workflows.
- Good problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Laravel Passport or Sanctum for API authentication.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerised deployments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
