About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance client‑side code using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
- Drive collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) to ensure code quality and stability.
- Lead technical design, implementation, and launch of major features, handling end‑to‑end delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO across all Atlassian web applications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications.
