About the Role

Evatril, an AI‑powered digital invitation and event management platform, is expanding its mobile engineering team in Bhubaneswar. We are looking for 4 passionate React Native developers (bare‑workflow CLI) with 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience to build and ship production‑grade features for our next‑gen event app.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the React Native CLI app, integrating native modules for Android and iOS.
• Implement camera, media capture, and QR‑code scanning for the Memories and event entry features.
• Build real‑time notification flows for guests and hosts using push services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel‑perfect experiences.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release cycles.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery with minimal ramp‑up time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1‑3 years of professional experience building React Native apps using the bare workflow (CLI).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features.
• Hands‑on experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) module integration.
• Familiarity with Redux or similar state‑management libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and offline data handling.
• Proficient with Git, code reviews, and agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with camera, media, or QR‑code libraries in React Native.
• Knowledge of push notification services (FCM, APNs) and real‑time sockets.
• Exposure to AI/ML services or analytics integration.
• Prior work in event‑tech, social, or consumer mobile products.
