About the Role
Fractal, a leading AI and analytics company, is seeking a hands‑on Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and scale enterprise‑grade digital products. You will work on front‑end, back‑end, APIs, cloud services, and AI‑enabled features, collaborating closely with architects, TPMs, product managers, and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable code for critical features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Participate in system design discussions, providing practical implementation insights and technical trade‑offs.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of features, from API design to UI implementation, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best‑practice standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment on AWS.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly, driving continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience building large‑scale web applications.
- Deep expertise in React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and Node.js (Express, Koa, or similar).
- Strong command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB) and infrastructure as code.
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Familiarity with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies (Redis, CDN).
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML model integration (TensorFlow.js, ONNX).
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and event‑driven design.
- Exposure to performance profiling tools and front‑end bundle optimization.
