About the Role
Scoutit, a fast‑growing digital experience agency, is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to craft modern, accessible, and high‑performance web interfaces for our clients in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, W3C‑compliant HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript code based on stakeholder specifications.
- Ensure semantic markup, usability, accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Implement analytics tagging and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product owners to define technical solutions.
- Maintain modular, reusable code architecture and documentation.
- Support platform updates, site administration and CMS integrations (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
- Act as a technical point of contact for cross‑functional projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
- 2‑4 years of professional experience building responsive web applications.
- High‑level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and a continuous learning mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
