About the Role
Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead Developer with deep expertise in both Angular and React to architect, develop, and deliver high‑performance enterprise web applications for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable UI solutions using Angular (v12+) and React (v17+).
- Lead a team of 4‑6 frontend engineers, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Build reusable component libraries and design systems that accelerate delivery across projects.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and SEO.
- Integrate frontend modules with backend services via RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Jest, Cypress) and ensure code quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular and React.
- Strong command of TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Sass/Less).
- Hands‑on experience with state management libraries (NgRx, Redux) and routing.
- Proficiency in building responsive, mobile‑first applications.
- Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
