About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, a global leader in the Technology, Information and Internet industry, to work as a Frontend Web Developer focusing on HTML and CSS. This is a full‑time remote position based in India, reporting to the UI/UX team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML5, CSS3 and related technologies.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel‑perfect UI elements from Figma, Sketch or similar tools.
- Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to front‑end best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a strong understanding of semantic markup.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first approaches.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS) or frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Knowledge of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
- Ability to translate designs from Figma, Sketch or similar tools into functional code.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for DOM manipulation.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS).
